About Us

Living in a college town we see many abandoned pets. When the college kids leave town many times they leave their pets behind. Can you imagine?

We are a small all volunteer rescue that cares about animal welfare. We provide a temporary secure environment for dogs and cats until a permanent home can be found. All of the animals in our care are vet checked and given their vaccinations.

We are very small and have limited space, but we try to provide all of our animals with a secure, social and loving environment.

We receive no state funding or other assistance, all expenses are covered by donations, adoption fees and our own pockets. Currently, we are not 501c3, so unfortunately donations are not tax deductible. Any donations are appreciated and used to cover the costs of the animals in our care.


Our Mission is to help homeless and abandoned animals, and those that have been abused, mistreated, or injured, to find shelter, medical help and, at long last, the wonderful new forever home that they each so richly deserve
